Seafood is the absolute protagonist togehter with the cooking style of chef Nicolas Baglione, a result of experiences gained around the world and influences from Mediterranean cuisine. All this is complemented by the warm hospitality of the young passionate owner, entrepreneur Tonia Piccoli.

In Milan, in the area of Porta Romana, the recently inaugurated Vannucci restaurant has become a new landmark for seafood lovers in the city and the neighborhood. As the name suggests, it is located right at Via Atto Vannucci 22 and offers a unique gastronomic experience that blends tradition and innovation.

Led by the talented chef Nicolas Baglione, Vannucci offers a reinterpretation of Mediterranean cuisine with exotic ingredients and quick cooking techniques, learned during the chef’s culinary experiences in Asia.

Nicolas’s innovative approach is reflected in unique dishes, such as the legendary Spaghettone Gerardo di Nola cacio e pepe, with red shrimp and lime, a culinary masterpiece mentioned in the book “Cacio e Pepe – a Roman cult dish interpreted by the best hosts and chefs.”

The owner, Tonia Piccoli, a young entrepreneur with a great passion for food and hospitality, will warmly welcome you with a big smile as soon as you step through the door. In fact, Vannucci’s wine list boasts a wide range of both national and international labels, reflecting the attention to detail that characterizes every aspect of the culinary experience at the restaurant.

Every dish served tells the story and passion of Chef Baglione for cooking, stemming from culinary experiences spanning from London to Paris, passing through Nepal and Japan. From the caponata di melanzane in agrodolce con lamponi e granella di pistacchio to the tartare di tonno rosso con foglia di shiso e salsa teriyaki, each creation is a celebration of culinary diversity.
