BeautiFood Novel: the event dedicated to innovative foods

On 23 October 2023, Padua becomes the stage for culinary innovation thanks to BeautiFood Novel, an unprecedented event dedicated to Novel Food and Innovative Foods. The aim is to connect startups dedicated to the creation of innovative food products and restaurants.

23 October 2023 Padua Hosts Food Innovation

The main objective of BeautiFood Novel is to offer visibility and space for expression to start-ups and companies that are redefining the very concept of food. In fact, it is a unique event of its kind, created to support the progress of the ongoing food and culinary revolution, providing an arena where the most creative and experienced minds and companies that are shaping the future of food may confront each other.

The BeautiFood Novel event – Unlocking Culinary Wonders:

The event represents an unparalleled occasion to explore the new opportunities that these new foods bring and to take Italy, the world’s most food-loving country, to be a forerunner and a leading voice in this important evolution of the food sector.

Protagonists of the Event:

Prominent speakers at the roundtable include Antonio Iannone, founding member of the Associazione Agrifood-tech Italia; Mario Roccaro, Programme Manager Education at EIT Food; Riccardo Bottiroli, founder of Developeat and Foreverland who will join us from the Netherlands; Stefania Bottinelli, London-based food journalist and expert in cultured meat and vegan foods ; and Monia Caramma,Chief Sustainable Food Official and Sustainable Food Researcher.
