Ballor Night at Pandenus with Dj Set

On Thursday 27 June from 7.00 pm the Ballor Night will be held at Pandenus, in Via Mercato 24, Milan. The evening will feature the Gin Ballor, offered in exclusive cocktails created specifically for the event. Everything will be accompanied by a DJ set by Vittoria Hyde.

This event marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Ballor brand, which after almost 170 years of history has been relaunched by the Bonollo Umberto Distilleries. The brand’s new claim,

“What a story!”, underlines the brand’s rich heritage and innovation in the world of fine Italian drinking. The evening at Pandenus is just the first of a series of events in Milan

Principe in Bloom with Venini until 6 July

Hotel Principe di Savoia and the art of Italian glassmaking celebrate the warm season

Hotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection, in collaboration with Venini, the historic Murano furnace of the Damiani Group, celebrates the arrival of summer with elegant floral decorations and a themed gastronomic experience throughout the month of June. The hotel’s lobby and lounge are adorned with  Venini’s famous artistic vases. A refined ambience complemented by an exclusive culinary offer including a cocktail, a dish and a dessert inspired by flowers, available until 6 July.

The Principe in Bloom, a  signature cocktail created by Daniele Celli, Bar Manager of the Principe Bar, evokes the scents of blooming gardens with gin, lavender flower syrup, violet liqueur, lemon and a splash of rose essence.

The new Chef of the Acanto Restaurant, Matteo Gabrielli, presents a dish of baked ricotta, chickpea farinata, crunchy vegetables and edible flowers. Finally, Pastry Chef Beniamino Passannante concludes the experience with a floral dessert made with peach, white chocolate and hibiscus, offering a fresh and aromatic finish.

Como Lake Cocktail Week 2024

The fifth edition of Como Lake Cocktail Week is about to begin, an annual event that celebrates quality mixology, luxury and elegance on the shores of Lake Como

An unmissable event for lovers and experts in the Mixology and international luxury hospitality sector. In the 2024 edition there will be as many as 35 grand hotels, starred restaurants and street bars to welcome cocktail lovers on a journey to rediscover the “Fantastic Classics”, the mixing classics that have made the history of cocktails. The theme is inspired by the Golden Age of mixology, with tributes to iconic cocktails such as Martini, Negroni, Gimlet, Tom Collins and many more.

Eight days dedicated to the art of signature mixology: pied dans l’eau events, tastings, presentations of new products, guest shifts and lake parties in the best cocktail bars on the lake.

Among the most eagerly awaited events, the Grand Opening at Villa d’Este,  which will also participate with its renovated Ceccato Garden Bar. Other prestigious hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and Passalacqua will host exclusive events, along with well-known venues such as Una Finestra sul Lago, La Piazzetta di Cernobbio and Da Pietro restaurant.

The Closing Party & Awards by Campari will take place on July 9th at Villa Geno, a grand closing party with the Campari Awards finale, gourmet pizza, DJ set and award ceremony.

Flores Cócteles open their third venue next to the Arena Civica in Milan

They open their third restaurant in Milan, Flores Cócteles, in Viale Elvezia, next to El Porteño in front of the Civic Arena. Conceived by Sebastian Bernardez together with his brother Alejandro Bernardez and Fabio Acampora, the third Flores cocktail bar combines classic Argentine style with elements of modernity and contemporary mixology.

The new venue, run by head bartender Viacheslav Pavlyk, offers a selection of Clasicos and Especiales cocktails, including seasonal reinterpretations of classics and innovative creations.

The  Dorrego Group’s “No Waste” philosophy is reflected in the attention to detail and sustainable approach, while the proximity to El Porteño Arena completes the experience for pre- or post-dinner and an Argentinian dining experience in the center of Milan.

Milan meets Mexico with the agaves of Compagnia dei Caraibi on tour

On July 2nd, the Eppolino bar  (via Melzo, 28) will host the fifth stage of the tour “The agaves of the Caribbean Company”, an event that celebrates the agaves, traditions and Mexican culture. Organized by  the Compagnia dei Caraibi, a leader in the import and distribution of premium spirits, the event will explore the raw materials and territories of Mexican spirits.

Program of the event:

  • Afternoon Masterclass: reserved for bartenders, it will be led by Francesco Pirineo, Advocacy Manager of Compagnia dei Caraibi and Luca Versace (Eppolino brand manager)
  • Evening guest: open to the public, with a new drink list.

During the event, spirits such as tequila, mezcal, raicilla, bacanora, sotol, lechuguilla, pox, Mexican whiskey and gintol will tell the story of Mexico, with the guidance of Francesco Pirineo, who lived the experience of Mexican agaves with Tomas Estes.
