How to toast to summer 2026: iced teas, low-alcohol cocktails and wine

Summer 2026 has come, accompanied by exceptional temperatures and the desire to toast in a new way. Among fresh wines, bubbles, mocktails, cold brew teas and itineraries through wineries, the beverage world offers experiences increasingly linked to quality, lightness and the discovery of the territory.

The record temperatures recorded across Europe are also changing consumption habits. Hydration becomes a priority, interest in fresh, low-alcohol drinks  is growing and the search for experiences capable of telling the story of the territory and the culture of drinking increases. From  artisanal tea to white and rosé wines, to  creative cocktails and wine tourism, summer 2026 confirms a beverage increasingly oriented towards quality and conviviality.

The boom of artisanal iced tea

Giusmìn Tea Lab Milano invites you to rediscover the pleasure of cold-brewed tea with five blends designed to face the heat: Ghiacciolo, inspired by the famous aniseed popsicle, Limonero, a reinterpretation of the classic lemon iced tea, Voyage Voyage, with coconut and mint, Sunny, based on Sencha green tea and grapefruit, and Hugo, a blend that recalls the famous cocktail in a non-alcoholic version.

Alongside the blends, the brand also suggests the cold brew method, which allows for naturally softer, sweeter and less theine-rich infusions.

Giusmìn is a tea and herbal tea shop founded in 2019 in Milan, in the Porta Venezia district, with the idea of proposing a new and contemporary way of experiencing tea: closer to taste, curiosity and everyday life.
