New restaurants opening in Sardinia and summer openings

Upon the arrival of summer, the 2023 season opens in some of the most popular seaside resorts, for Milanese and non-Milanese alike. In particular in Sardinia and Liguria, where several restaurants of important Milanese brands have opened!

Obicà Mozzarella Bar , in the Food Hall on the 6th floor of Rinascente in Via Roma, Cagliari, has recently opened its first restaurant in Sardinia. The restaurant is a member of ‘Apertissimo’, a project that unites restaurant entrepreneurs by promoting greater inclusiveness in the hiring process, regardless of the orientation and identity of applicants.

In the dialect of Naples, Obicà means HERE IT IS!
just like a Mozzarella, freshly made, still dripping and
ready to be eaten.

Participation in the initiative is in line with the Group’s convivial and cosmopolitan approach. In fact, it lands in Sardinia with its informal but, at the same time, high quality food proposal. Here are some dishes on the menu:

  • First course: Tonnarelli with Mussels, Cream of Yellow Tomatoes a Pacchetelle and Lemon Bread Crumble
  • Main course: Summer Burger with Grilled Octopus, Stracciatella, Battered Zucchini, Balsamic Vinegar Reduction, New Potatoes with Parsley
  • Pizza menu: Pizza Culatta with Buffalo Mozzarella, Soncino, Crescenza, Yellow Tomatoes a Pacchetelle and Caramelized Apples

    These are just some of the dishes that will be available for tasting directly overlooking the sea in the Sardinian capital.

Set in the heart of the luxury district of the Promenade du Port in Porto Cervo, the Meraviglioso restaurant is back to liven up the Costa Smeralda summer! In fact, summer 2023 at Meraviglioso will be marked by music, bubbles and lots of singing and dancing entertainment 😜.

The highlight of the food proposal will be a menu signed by the starred chef of Milanese adoption Andrea Berton.

The summer season opens

With the arrival of the first warm weather, the singing restaurant kicked off on 17 June on the Costa Smeralda, where it returns with the start of the Meraviglioso – Italian Singing Restaurant. (Terrace from 28 July)

The Milanese restaurant concept Osteria Pandenus opens its doors in Santa Margherita Ligure, the seaside resort beloved of the Milanese, starting from June 30. For the first time in its history, Pandenus is going out of town!

From aperitif to after-dinner, Pandenus lands in the seaside resort, offering a complete proposal, characterised by a menu inspired by the Ligurian Riviera, supervised by Enrico Bartolini, multi-awarded chef with 12 Michelin stars.

Starting from the end of June, Osteria Pandenus will have a double soul: a city soul and a seaside soul!

The city soul starting from Monday, June 19, will continue to live in Milan, Via Melzi d’Eril, 3, from breakfast until 4 p.m. in the afternoon.
The seaside soul, starting from Friday, June 30, will come to life at Santa, the favourite of the Milanese and not only, from 6:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.!

From sea to table

The composition of the menu is guided by the principle that the protagonists are the products offered every day by the sea . Great importance has the concept of “sharing,” or the tendency to share dishes, the true soul of the Milanese restaurant, which will also be found in the Ligurian proposal.

The classic neighborhood Osteria but not only.

The informal context of Pandenus Osteria will be from the sober style, typical of the small “neighborhood tavern,” but also modern thanks to the furnishings of the place with leather sofas and chairs, and in the activities, thanks to the organization of theme nights, events and DJ sets!
