Codirosso and the new contemporary pizza in Pollone – Biella

Alongside the pizza, there are also dishes inspired by the Piedmontese tradition, reinterpreted in a modern way. The relationship with the short supply chain and self-production is also central, thanks to a proprietary vegetable garden intended for the cultivation of herbs and vegetables used in the kitchen.
