Towards Milan Cortina 2026

Mountain Cuisine at Identità Golose Milano

On the eve of the Winter Games, Identità Golose Milano launches a special project dedicated to the mountain cuisines of the world, transforming high altitude into a universal gastronomic language.

In fact, from 26 to 30 January 2026, the international gastronomy hub Identità Golose Milano will host 5 four-handed dinners, built on the dialogue between an Italian chef linked to the Alpine territories and an international chef, interpreter of other high-altitude cultures.

A fantastic culinary journey that brings the taste of high peaks to the city and focuses on territory, climate, raw materials, but also memory. All with great balance between tradition and innovation.
