Summer aperitifs on the terrace at the Radisson Collection Hotel

In Milan, Issei by the Pool, the Thursday night appointments, greet the arrival of summer with style. Open to the external guests of the hotel, the terrace of the Radisson Collection Hotel in Via Santa Sofia in Milan kicks off aperitifs by the pool. The new weekly appointment for the Milanese summer evenings starts on Thursday 27 June!

The ISSEI by the Pool nights

The Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan launches a series of poolside aperitifs called “ISSEI by the Pool”. Fresh summer cocktails, finger food and live music are the protagonists… as well as the terrace open to the public for the occasion.

It’s really close! In fact, the first appointment will be on Thursday 27 June and every Thursday from 7:30 pm, until 18 July. In these evenings that start with the aperitif, the terrace on the 4th floor of the hotel located in Via Santa Sofia 37  turns into an oasis of relaxation and fun in the heart of Milan.

In fact, the hotel’s initiative was created to give an internal and hidden corner of relaxation and enjoy a different night, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying refreshing cocktails and an excellent finger food  aperitif with pleasant background music.

Cocktails for nights in Santa Sofia in Milan

The bar manager of the Radisson Hotel, Marco Masiero,  has created a selection of cocktails dedicated to these nights (in collaboration with Fever.tree Soda and Portofino Gin). Here are some of the proposals on the drink list:

  • Americano Fever
    a mix of Italian Bitter, Vermouth and Fever-Tree Soda.
  • Yuzu Paloma
    El Tequileno Premium, Miyako Yuzu Sake, Agave Nectar and Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda.
  • Chillin’ Like a Villain
    composto da Veritas Rum, Lime, Passion Fruit e Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
  • Portofino Dry Gin & Tonic
    is a combination of Portofino Dry Gin and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic.

 The finger food aperitif by Chef Chiara Di Salvo

To accompany the cocktails, a selection of finger food prepared by Chef Chiara Di Salvo. The culinary proposals range from Nikkei cuisine to Mediterranean flavors, such as: Mini lobster roll, Salmon ceviche with mango and avocado, Crispy tortilla with guacamole and basil, Couscous salad with feta, cucumber and cherry tomatoes and Bruschettina with stracciatella and fresh tomato.

The Radisson Summer 2024 edition aperitif evenings  will be enlivened not only by delicious food and drink proposals, but also by backgammon games by Radisson Collection Hotel, ideal for challenging friends and having fun, and background music by Niki DJ, renowned sound designer with international experience, who has created two exclusive playlists for the event:
