Following that, there are hearts of burrata cheese with basil, red Mazara shrimp bisque, lime tartare with basil caviar, and starring as the main course, black truffle sea bream fillet.

And to finish, a dessert with a spicy theme: a red heart of gianduia chocolate, pistachio soil, raspberry coulis, and habanero chili.

Not only on February 14th, but for a whole week dedicated to love, from February 8th to 16th, the special menu ‘Love Yourself’ will be available. The restaurant will also transform into a pop-up store, allowing the purchase of the ‘Love in Pills’ necklace from PLV Milano.

The collaboration between Locale, which uses ingredients from small food and wine producers, and PLV Milano, which offers jewelry rich in history, aims to promote the excellence of Made in Italy. In the food menu, warm bread served with whipped butter will start things off, followed by ‘In a Single Bite,’ an artichoke croquette served with a velvety tomato sauce. The highlight of the menu is ‘Passionate Red,’ an indulgent beetroot risotto with fondue. To finish, there’s ‘Aphrodisiac,’ a soft mascarpone cream accompanied by red fruits.

For those seeking a ‘Love booster,’ it will be possible to discover ‘Love in Pills,’ the jewel created to celebrate love in its many forms. The necklace symbolizes the connection with ourselves, with others, and with the world.”
