Wagamama pan-Asian cuisine new openings in Milan!

A new restaurant opened in the Bicocca Village a few months ago. In a positive moment with an air of rebirth in the city, wagamama has decided to expand its offerings in the Milanese panorama with a new and long-awaited space where the excellence of pan-Asian cuisine meets simplicity, conviviality and sharing in a cozy design ambient of wood, marble and enveloping lights.

New restaurant in Bicocca area

Wagamama has opened its 3rd restaurant in Milan after the openings in Via S. Pietro all’Orto, in the centre and inside the CityLife Shopping District, just before the latest, the newly opened location in Rozzano, the fourth in the Milanese panorama. It’s a new venue with an indoor space for 168 covers and no less than 20 employees. It will be housed in the Food Court of Bicocca Village, a true ‘Entertainment Centre‘ with many shopping, entertainment and above all dining opportunities that will welcome the brand in the outdoor area in front of the shopping centre entrance.

The concept, managed in Italy by the company C&P (Chef Express and Percassi), is an Asian-food restaurant chain founded in London in 1992, specialising in the casual dining segment. The joint venture between Chef Express and Percassi was born in 2019 with the aim of creating a reference operator in the multi-brand catering offer, dedicated to the sector of Shopping Centres, Shopping Malls, city centres, Outlets and Retail Parks.

The restaurant offers a menu of over 50 dishes – including vegan proposals and mini versions for children – that combine the fragrances and spicy flavours of oriental cuisine with a focus on natural nutrition, perfectly translated in the brand’s iconic motto ‘spreading positivity from food to soul’. On the menu is a wide range:

  • from delicious and nutritious ramen bowls
  • the fragrant noodle soups
  • the traditional donburi (rice steamed and served with meat and/or vegetables)
  • teppanyaki (typical Japanese griddled street food usually with an egg base)
  • the famous Japanese gyoza dumplings
  • all the way to iconic wagamama dishes such as
  • the katsu curry chicken

To finish off with a wide selection of freshly prepared centrifuges as accompanying drinks.

To complete the Wagamama experience in the best possible way, in addition to the restaurant proposal and the dedicated entrance for ordering and collecting take-away even faster and safer, a delivery option will be available. A special entrance with a waiting room has been created for riders to sit and wait for collection, a focus on people’s well-being that has always characterised the British brand.

Wagamama in Rozzano – Fiordaliso

Wagamama recently opened a new restaurant in the Fiordaliso shopping centre in Rozzano on 30 June. It is the 8th restaurant in Italy.
Located just a few minutes from Milan and conveniently reachable also by subway, the new restaurant has no less than 180 covers comprising the restaurant’s internal spaces, an outdoor dehor and one inside Fiordaliso’s new Food Court (inaugurated on the same date). It is a true ‘Entertainment Centre’, a reference point for the area in terms of shopping and restaurants just outside Milan.

Among the new features of the new wagamama restaurant is the Look Book format menu for choosing your order while admiring the illustrations of the dishes and starting to eat them with your eyes. There is also a dedicated children’s page and a section for vegan dishes, for even easier and quicker enjoyment. And to complete the wagamama experience in an optimal way, in addition to the restaurant proposal and the possibility to order and take away, the delivery option will always be available
